- Silver Care - Mon to Fri 0900 to 1730 (Excl. Public/Bank Holidays);

- Gold Care - Sun to Sat 0900 to 1730 (Incl. of all Public/Bank Holidays);

- Platinum Care - 365 days with 24hr assistance.
